2007 REFUND POLICY
 

Asset Loss Prevention, Inc. is an asset foreclosure prevention company that specializes in providing qualified lead generation for loss mitigation specialists worldwide. Our refund policy clearly states that any leads that are generated for a vendor and then returned to the company by one of our vendors due to a bad address, wrong or inaccurate lead information, and or for any other reasonably foreseeable reason(s) whatsoever that may hinder or impede the vendor from being able to effectively utilize the leads. Then the vendor is entitled to a 95% refund of either new leads being generated to replace the original leads that were provided and or 95% refund by check within 7 to 10 business days mailed to the vendor at his address of record and/ or same as cash or the cash equivalent to the amount that was paid to generate the leads originally.

The vendor reserves the right to ask for either option, however the option must be exercised in writing by the vendor and provided to Asset Loss Prevention, Inc. along with the specific details as to why the leads are being returned.  Asset Loss Prevention Inc. reserves the right to reimburse 95% of all lead generating fees back to the vendor in the same payment method that the vendor utilized to pay for the leads at the original time of payment for all leads that were generated for the vendor.
