HOMEOWNERS AREN'T FAMILIAR WITH THEIR RIGHTS OR
OPTIONS
Most homeowners have no
one to provide them with assistance in rectifying their delinquency situations -
they simply aren't familiar with the rights or options they have available to
stop the foreclosure process. As a result, they are inundated with dozens of
calls from real estate investors, who naturally want their property, or
attorneys, who advise them to file bankruptcy - not knowing that Loss Mitigation
will earn the same fee, take less time, and produce a much more favorable
result. These professionals do not have the homeowner's interest at heart,
trying to take advantage of the homeowner's misfortune. Without some
intervention from an outside source, foreclosure is right around the corner.
This has created a massive niche market, untapped until now, creating a
lucrative opportunity for you.
NICHE MARKET
Virtually NO COMPETITION
Loss Mitigation is the
art of negotiating, on behalf of the homeowner, with the lender (or investor),
stopping the foreclosure process, and coming to a settlement. It is meant to be
a win-win-win situation for everyone involved (You, Homeowner, Lender). This is
a well-hidden industry with little to no competition.
Foreclosure!
There is another option -
a better solution - Loss Mitigation!
THE HOMEOWNER IS OUR FIRST PRIORITY
What Loss Mitigation
offers is an ethical alternative to approaching the homeowner in an attempt to
help them save their home. Obviously, many homeowners
won't qualify for loss mitigation. It would be remiss on our part, if we ignored
these individuals and didn't try to at least help them avoid the foreclosure.
How?
CREATIVE REAL ESTATE
When Loss Mitigation
isn't a viable solution, other options are available to create win-win
strategies with the homeowner can be employed to help them avoid the foreclosure
(possibly avoiding bankruptcy and 10 years of bad credit).

OUR STREAMLINED SYSTEM
When you start here,
you're immediately eligible for the Seamless Streamlined System. You'll
be able to outsource your cases, as an Independent Contractor to Asset Loss
Prevention,LLC (ALP).
Let us explain. The Loss
Mitigation Case is comprised of two phases -
Step one: Processing;
Step two: Mitigation.
Processing is qualifying a homeowner for loss mitigation and if they qualify,
simply take an application and submit it to ALP for approval. Once approved,
simply have the homeowner complete the appropriate documents and forward all
documents and fee to ALP, then the processing phase is over. The Mitigation
Phase is the contact, negotiation, and subsequent settlement with the lender and
homeowner.
Here is how the
processing works. You simply contact the prospective client, ask them 3 simple
questions:
-
Are you 2 or more months
behind on your mortgage?
-
Did you encounter a
"hardship condition" which prevented you from paying your mortgage?
-
Are you now able to
resume making a monthly mortgage payment?
This last question is
crucial. Many interested individuals ask us,
"How can the homeowner afford to pay a Loss
Mitigation Fee? They're in foreclosure - they don't have any money."
In most cases, that hardship condition that prevented them from making a
mortgage payment is temporary in nature - illness, injury, job loss - many of
these situations are rectified within 3-5 months. Maybe they can't pay 4 months
of mortgage payments, plus late fees, penalties and all the other junk fees they
throw on you. BUT, if the homeowner is now able to resume making a monthly
mortgage payment, not only can they qualify for Loss Mitigation, they can also
afford our fee and save their home.
You don't have to beat
these homeowners over the head! We're talking about saving their most precious
asset. Once these homeowners are informed of your services - someone with the
KNOWLEDGE, POWER and RESOURCES to STOP
FORECLOSURES, they'll gladly talk to you.
If the homeowner answers
NO to question 3, they may not qualify for Loss Mitigation. But, they may
qualify for another solution to save their home.
